Muthuvel Karunanidhi Stalin makes others to look back Tamil Nadu!

History is making leaders; The Tamil Nadu political arena has met many leaders. If we want to list the leaders in Tamil Nadu who have won the hearts and minds of the people in the face of the challenges of the times, we have to start from the Kamarajar. Next Anna; Next Kalainjar; Next is MGR, next is Jayalalithaa. Political leadership of Tamil Nadu from Kalainjar M.G.R., after the demise of MGR, came to the Kalaijar – Jayalalithaa. As the two completed their journey, the Sanathana forces deliberately moved to end the Dravidian era of the ‘Periyar-Anna-Kalainjar’ who changed the socio-political and historical course of Tamil Nadu. Then they spread an idea. “There is a vacuum in Tamil Nadu politics; There is no leadership that can fill it. ” The truth is that behind it lay the great ‘Sanathana conspiracy’.

Arrested for one year under the ‘Misa’ during the Emergency in 1975, faced repression and became a MLA on a political journey; As mayor of the corporation; One who was the Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, with long political experience after the demise of the Kalaijar, they sought to bury the stories of his leadership of the Great Movement “in the Dark”.

MK Stalin, who took over as DMK President, was forced to face severe trials and tribulations. AIADMK regime refused permission for the burial of Kalainjar near Anna Memorial. Had MK Stalin failed to show up in that ordeal, the next phase of political maneuvering could have been thwarted. But MK Stalin won.

They said ‘opposition within the party’ when it came to the responsibility of leading the DMK. They spread rumors that Party Is going to break into two; and also he had made a secret agreement with the BJP. They created competition leaderships and watched the conflict unfold. He broke down all barriers and became the president of DMK. He took every step with restraint and determination, with a clear understanding that the answer for the conspirators was to bring the Party Command under his complete control.

Parliamentary elections are the next test. He overcame that test and flew the flag of achievement. The rural body local election came next. In that he made the party achieve the success. Now the people have given a huge victory in the urban local elections as well. The epidemic of ‘Covid 19’, devasted People life. It destabilized the Tamil community itself. He fielded himself and his party and extended a helping hand to the people. The DMK was the opposition party during the Corona period. The ‘Let’s Unite’ project will be written in history forever. He sat in the hearts of the people with genuine public service.

The next test – 2021 Assembly election. Conservatives spread the fantasy that “according to Stalin’s horoscope, he can never be chief minister.” They have planned their strategies whether to broke their toy regime of ‘ Controlled AIADMK’ or to see if they can import superstars by their power centers. He overcame all this with the powerful weapon of unwavering, honest and principled decisions.

It was during the height of the second wave of the Corona that the DMK came to power. The biggest challenges lay ahead. Chief Minister accelerated the executive machinery and his cabinet colleagues. The whole community wondered if the regime could continue to function like this. People’s faith in him is even grew greater.

The Chief Minister came to power in the midst of Stagnant administration; Corruption robbery; Huge debt burden. He banged on with the ideal frenzy of making plans to rectify the irregularities and make Tamil Nadu the premier state of India.

The lessons learned from his long political journey have added great strength to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister. One – direct meeting with people; Facing their problems head-on; Hard work for it; Rather than revolving around for ‘mere politics’, he was more committed to solving people’s problems and developing and implementing programs for social justice and the right to life improvements for them. It is safe to say that “Not the word; Action” is still driven by a deep understanding of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister action.

Sociology makes us realize that the simple opportunities that one had a century ago to become a people’s leader are no longer there. Now it is not so easy to become a leader and take place in the hearts of the people.

The changes that have taken place in the community over the course of history, the education and awareness that the community has received, have taken the thinking of the community to the next level.

Emotional speeches, sung in praise of leaders, cannot take place in the hearts of the people; People determine their leaders by ‘action’ rather than word-speech.

As the Leader of the Opposition, he visited the people from village to village. He received their problems as petitions. He promised that those would be resolved within a hundred days of coming to power. The Opposition lamented as usual “Unfulfilled declaration; Deceives people; He is not going to open the petition box. His fast-paced actions stunned the opposition. When he came to power he fulfilled the language of commitment. He hired honest bureaucrats as his advisors and top management. Tamil Nadu began to see politics for the people.

He developed and enriched the moral code of ‘duty-dignity-control’ into the popular slogans of ‘social justice, self-respect-equality’, in line with the needs of the times.

Now the DMK regime is moving towards the goal of ensuring that the plans and policies developed in their regime are brought to the forefront. Just like when the outlet of the Mettur Dam opens, due to successful completion of the repair work water reaches the Delta, Tamil Nadu has created an administrative structure to move the government’s plans towards the people. The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu has started acting as a pioneer for other states.

We would like to point out just two examples.

The primary – strong foundation for Tamil Nadu to stand proudly as a guiding state is the social justice education policy of the soil; Education in Tamil Nadu was disrupted during the Corona epidemic. School students dropped out en masse from the educational structure. The ‘Education onto Home’ program is a program to bring them back into schools.

The regime was the first to honestly acknowledge that the ‘online’ education system had isolated the grassroots of society in the educational framework. How to fix the effects? The affected sections were identified as the downtrodden, tribal minority community, rural girl children, the disabled and those living in poverty. The government realized that the problem was not only related to education.

Realizing the increase in child marriages during the Corona epidemic and the transformation of child labor into labor in the labor market, the Department of Medicine, Social Welfare, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Education coordinated. Open-minded discussions took place at various levels. Educators with different views on education were brought under one umbrella and their ideas were considered without liking or dislike. These conversations started from the lower levels. Chief Minister MK Stalin himself paid direct attention to this. Plans were made with the goal that not a single child should be left out of the education system. 5000 artists from 450 art groups went to the villages and spread the idea of bringing children back to school through the cultural art event. It was decided that no Transfer Certificate (TC) was required to re-join the school. The principle of ‘age-appropriate education’ was developed. Calculate the age of the child and include them in the class in which they may study. The family background of the children was taken into consideration and efforts were made to resolve the problems of the family through the relevant departments. The school-sending environment was created for parents. An Internet-based application is developed to diagnose the problem facing children coming to school and the basic infrastructure for schools. From chennai itself, using App any school in Tamil Nadu now has been monitored that all school structural defects and children’s school attendance days. Complaint boxes called ‘Student Minds’ have been set up at every school so that students can write their problems in those boxes. Committees were set up to look into the boxes.

Local school management committees are set up in each school administration with the participation of the local community. About 75% of parents are members. 50% of them must be women. The school Head Master and social activists are defined as 25 percent and management groups operate with diversity. The committee meets once in 3 months to discuss.

No other state in India has such an administrative procedure. We have developed and funded educational policies that are the best in terms of social justice. Did the benefit of those policies reach the goal? The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu has set a record by creating an avid administrative body that answers this question.

As a result, 16 lakh children who dropped out of school during the Corona period have returned to government schools. An additional success of the program is that children educated in private schools also joined in public schools.

The medical service program towards People (Makkalai Thedi Maruthuvam) is as successful in Tamil Nadu as the Education onto Home program. (Illam thedi Kalvi)

In the aftermath of the revolution in China, Masetung’s door-to-door medical care program (Bare foot Doctors) was hailed as a major revolution. Now the Tamil Nadu government is carrying out the same revolution. So far 50 lakh people have benefited from this scheme of the Government of Tamil Nadu.

Dialysis and physiotherapy treatments are offered at senior citizens’ homes. 255 crore has been allocated and 7200 nurses and field staff are involved in the service. This project was started by the Chief Minister in the year 2021 under the banyan tree without any luxury ceremonies in Samanapalli village in Kiruttinagiri district. The goal is to find people needs of Medical facilities for one crore people and provide medicines and medical treatment.

Chief Minister, who campaigned for 4000 backward students in the All India Quota and secured the right of reservation in medical colleges to all the States, Tamil Language Development; Searching for Tamil scholars and awarding prizes; Retrieving histories; He has made all the states look back on Tamil Nadu through his continuous activities of giving a strong voice to the rights of the state.

World renowned magazines and economists appreciate the functioning of the regime and the administrative structure. New projects keep coming up every day. The Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly is performing its duty with democratic dignity. Eliminating deficiencies and irregularities in the schemes being implemented; There is an ‘administrative change’ going on that their benefit should reach the people.

Consultative meetings of all political parties are convened by the Government from time to time. The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu wants to show to policy opponents that Tamil Nadu stands united in social justice (even if the Opposition refuses to cooperate).

‘NEET’ – Efforts of State Rights by the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu to co-ordinate non- BJP state chief ministers have made other statesmen realize the need for state autonomy. Union BJP government is just now facing such a challenge and afraid to see Chief Minister actions.

The Chief Minister has made Tamil not only as a symbol of a race but also symbol of social justice. He has guaranteed employment rights to Tamil People by making it compulsory to pass in Tamil language paper to get employment through TNPSC selection process.

The Chief Minister insists that the history of India should now be written from Tamil Nadu. In the philosophy of social justice, not only reservation, he has expanded the content of social justice by pointing out that state autonomy, feminism and cultural rights are included in it.

These achievements are not only the pride of the Chief Minister; It highlights the pride of Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu will straighten out the call of time. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister ‘Muthuvel Karunanidhi Stalin’ will achieve that.
