Why ‘Sanskrit Praise’ in Medical College?
The practice of having to know Sanskrit to apply to a medical college existed in the state of Chennai. It was abolished when King Pangal was the Chief Minister during the rule of the Justice Party.

On the first day of the festival, the National Medical Council has abruptly advised via the internet that it may abruptly accept the pledge of ‘Maharishi Commodity Oath’. The immediate action of the Government of Tamil Nadu is highly commendable. If this were the rule of the past, they would have been honored. The protestors said that Vande Mataram was sung in Sanskrit instead of singing the Tamil greeting song in the Chennai IIT. The Government of Tamil Nadu has written a letter to the Union Government and now the Union Government has given permission to sing ‘Tamil Thai Vazhthu’. Sanskrit has been made a subject in institutions. What is the connection between IIT and Sanskrit?
It is based on the connection between Sanskrit and Parpaniyam. Both are conjoined twins. Periyar said:
